How are we responding to COVID-19 health and safety concerns in-store and during deliveries?

Staff and customer safety is our priority. We will be following HSE guidelines, in addition to offering hand sanitizer and face coverings upon entry.

Will the goods be put into my room of choice and what happens to all the wrappings?

We will ensure that all packaging plastic and cardboard is removed from your house unless you specifically request that the goods are left unpacked. However, any issues with your goods must be notified by phone on 069-77888 or by email to info@owenoneillfurniture.com within 3 working days of delivery and you are advised to examine your goods within that timescale. We will do everything possible to quickly resolve any issues that arise.

Under current Health & Safety legislation our delivery staff are required to wear proper boots with steel toe caps and accordingly delivery is to your front door or the entrance to your property. If you require your furniture to be placed in a specific room we are happy to do this; however, we cannot accept any liability for any occurrence that might take place thereon, including damage to walls, floors, ceilings etc.

Will you deliver all my goods together?

In general we group items together to make one delivery. Should you require some items to be delivered when they arrive to us, please notify a sales person or customer service representative of this and we will be happy to oblige at info@owenoneillfurniture.com.

Delivery Outside of Ireland

Unfortunately, Owen O’Neill Furniture does not deliver outside of Ireland at this time.

What happens if I am unable to accept delivery?

When your item is ready for delivery we contact our customers directly to arrange a time and date for delivery. Then, the evening before the delivery we arrange courtesy calls to ensure that the agreed time is still suitable. Should you need to change the time or date, a new arrangement can be organised at this time or our staff can be contacted at 069-77888 to rearrange delivery.

How can I change a delivery address or time?

Should you wish to change your delivery address or delivery time please contact us directly by calling 069-77888, and please have your order number on-hand. You may also email our staff at info@owenoneillfurniture.com.

When do I get a definite delivery date and how can I pay the balance due on my order?

When your goods arrive into our warehouse, a member of our Dispatch Team will contact you directly to finalise your payment and to confirm your delivery date.
